Join our amazing team at Quail Hollow Apartments today! 2700 Feather Run Trail West Columbia, SC 29169 💵PAY: Up to $25 an hour AVG $54,000 a year PLUS amazing bonuses: $70/week on-call bonus and up to $2000 a year in quarterly bonuses. 80hrs pto, 20% rent discount, Up to 5% annual raises, 401k match, $15/m medical (single) and more! This is a hands on maintenance position and is responsible for property inspections, make readies, work orders, general maintenance and repair. The position is responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet Monarch's established standards. Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities: • Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority • Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants • Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications • Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review • Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program • Exterior structural maintenance as needed • Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone • Snow removal • Pool maintenance Other Duties: • Assist in capital projects including but not limited to rehab and/or major repairs • Assist in managing 3rd party vendors including gathering 3 bids for projects
