Currently Seeking Handyman, Maintenance techs looking to fill in their schedules. This is a part time 1099 Contractor position. Duties would include light electrical, light plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, and more. The idea candidate would have the following: Smart Phone Truck or van Own tools Familiar with using phone sales at Home Depot and Lowes No criminal record Min. 1 year experience in all trades or property maintenance. ability to perform job duties in detail, communicate any issues with our office, work with minimal supervision and to back any work performed. Our available hours per week are on a first come first serve basis and will vary. Rate of pay will depend on experience level.
