Tenant moved most of their stuff out but left a few items. Other than a queen-sized mattress, its maybe a few smaller pieces of furniture (side table etc). You need a truck/trailer that will fit a queen sized mattress and some smaller items. Shouldnt take more than 30 minutes to clean out the apartment. $50 for the whole job including transport to dump. (Or feel free to keep the furniture if you like.)
