🚚🚚🚚 Moving company seeking operations manager 🚚🚚🚚 🚚 PERKS: Very flexible hours and work schedule Overtime available if you are willing to assist crews at times when needed Family friendly work environment Ability to grow with the company within the office and crew 🚚 JOB DESCRIPTION: I (Blake Fitzpatrick) the owner, currently handle the daily operations as well as ensuring everyone in my company is taken care of. I believe in keeping the work environment family oriented and seeking an individual to assist in keeping our vibe positive! 🚚 JOB DUTIES: *) Prep truck in morning for crew (must be an early riser) *) Maintain and order packing materials as needed *) Maintain and keep track of equipment (dollies, pads etc) *) Occasionally cook breakfast for the staff (see photos) *) Follow up with previous clients to ensure quality *) Follow up with future clients to ensure move details are correct (some clients add items without telling us) *) Deliver packing material to clients as needed *) Assist moving crew when necessary (receive tips daily) *) Keep up with the moving crew's schedule / Dispatch help *) Maintain positive and healthy relationships with crew members to keep company moral positive *) Manage reward system for crew members (employee of the month, most 5 star reviews, etc) 🚚 GREAT WORK ENVIRONMENT Our crews are treated with respect by everyone in the company.
