Roofing Sales - Possible Potential Sales Manager We are hiring experienced Sales Representatives for our expanding Roofing Company. Immediate positions are available! One year sales experience needed, prior roofing industry experience is a plus but not required. No high pressure sales, we offer a service to communities in need. Leads are provided, but you must be willing to knock on doors. Need to be motivated, professional and willing to learn a great trade. You will be responsible for contacting leads, scheduling appointments, inspecting properties, writing estimates / closing profitable sales and keeping our CRM updated consistently. Qualifications/ Personal Characteristics : · Reliable Transportation · Valid Driver's License · Cell Phone · Able to physically walk on roofs. ( Ladder provided if available ) · Knowledgeable with Emails, Phone App's · Highly driven to succeed. Type "A" personality. Effective closer. · Highly personable and a great networker. People buy from people they like and trust. Customer focused. · High level of integrity, accountability and honesty Responsibilities: · Exterior home inspections to diagnose roof damage. · Make recommendations to Homeowners based on findings. · Assist Homeowners through their roof replacement options. · Build rapport and trust with Homeowners · Sale Process: close the Homeowner after accessing damages · Achieve daily and weekly quota of inspections / contracts signed · Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and willing to learn new methods. · Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership and Homeowners · Use in-house CRM to organize and maintain leads and customer files.
