Your job will include:
Greet golfers on the first tee, check receipts for payment and record basic golfer information.
Oversee starting times and pair up golfers into groups.
Inform golfers as to basic rules and the pace of play policy.
Work with Rangers to monitor the pace of play policy and intervene when necessary.
Monitor and attend to any issues to ensure a positive customer experience for players.
Experience & skills you’ll need:
Ability to work early/late hours, including weekdays, weekends and holidays as required.
Basic knowledge of golf preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license
