I have a plumbing issue that needs to be resolved ASAP. Recently my shower knobs on my shower stopped working and water could not be turned off. They just keep spinning so the shower head has been capped and now I need a plumber to demo the tile and fix the issue. I assume it is a cartridge or valve replacement. Demo only area that can be repaired easily not necessarily the entire shower. I can install new hardibacker and tile in place when completed although I might want an access door just in case it happens again. The house is quite dated so this isn’t an easy accessible issue.
