Sacred Pregnancy/ Mother Circle To Prepare Your Heart, Body and Soul Are you looking for heart-centered support and education during your pregnancy and Motherhood journey? The Sacred Pregnancy Circle is a unique weekly evening class, designed specifically for mothers to-be, to tune into the miracle that is taking place within them and enjoy their pregnancy. To create space to rest, relax, rejuvenate, reflect and honor the special and transformative time of pregnancy. This 6 week course explores the journey into motherhood through meditation, mindfulness, breathing, self reflection, art and movement. You will also have the opportunity to meet with local doulas, plus learn a specific and effective breath technique for labour and birth. This course is in person, and run from our cozy home studio in Kilauea Kaua’i. Nourishing Snacks and herbal tea will be provided.
