***Coastal Brothers Contracting is in need of a sub contractors experienced in Paint and Clean, for housing units on Fort Stewart. Turn Key for military housing units*** We are looking for a reliable crew! By crew we are looking for a crew of painters. Looking for atleast a 2 men/women size crews in order to turn units fast. Work is not limited to military housing as we do a lot of contracting in the surrounding area. We currently need of painters and cleaners, If you have a crew that is great or individual is good as well. Start Date: Immediately! Need someone ASAP!!!! Position: Sub-Contractor (you will receive a Painter is paid by each unit painted. Cleaner is paid by each unit cleaned. We are asking for a minimum of 1 year experience. Scope of work: Painter: Painting anywhere from 2 to 4 bedroom military housing units. Paint is supplied. Cleaner: Cleaner is expected to clean like a move in. This includes appliances, light fixtures, floors, etc. Must have reliable transportation and be able to enter the Military Installation if needed(entrance requires you to obtain a pass from the main gate--items required: valid driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration) **** Must be able to pass background check at the gate or they will not let you access the installations. *****Anyone with a felony will not be granted access unless it has been over 10 years. Must provide your own paint supirs suchnas rollers and brushes/ cleaning supplies. Some items are provided. Deadlines will have to be met on time! You will be paid weekly upon completion of work scope. Work schedule is Monday through Friday and maybe an occasional weekend day. Must have cell phone access in order to be reached while on job sites. ****Serious inquiries only!!!
