$16.50 - $25 general labor, flex hours /schedule for lawn, home repair

Flexible Schedule and Hours: Opportunity for retiree, student, or anyone to pick up extra income. I'm going to post this for 48 hours, then will review email traffic and return your email. Please include a phone number so I can call. Pay is weekly through Paypal or Zelle (not cash and not daily). -- Ability to show up when you say you will be there. -- Absolutely NO smoking / vaping / alcohol / substances on or near the properties or in your vehicle. -- Must have phone with text and photos... plus "Whatsap" (free) installed, in order to communicate with video when oversight / inspection is offsite, in order to show work or any questions. If you're unsure how this works, it's too easy, I can show you. -- Honest: If you've had issues in the past, just let us know. Properties have cameras and alarm systems. -- Your own transportation. -- You are working as 1099 labor, not an employee. -- Email and Microsoft Excel or google docs is helpful, but not required. ===================== Labor #1: ($16.5 per hour for the first 50 hours)... then we’ll evaluate how things go for future projects and conforming with IRS tax requirements). Labor #1 Duties: Light exterior maintenance (mowing, digging, raking...etc), some interior (cleaning, painting...etc), tearout, low ladder work, or repairs (replacing faucets, lights, hanging blinds..etc). Labor #1 Tools: Basic tool set, work gloves, maybe a rake...etc Labor #1 Hours: Morning, evening, day... you choose. I'm a retiree, so can get you set up, then let you have at it. ================= Right now I just need laborer #1 for yard work... but my Realtor friend is looking for more skilled independent Laborer #2. Labor #2: (up to $25 per hour) Labor 2 Duties / Tools: Duties as outlined above, plus higher skills and many of your own tools (toolbox with tools, plus drill, saws..etc). Ability to see what needs to be done, get supply list together, et light exterior maintenance (mowing, digging, raking...etc), some interior (cleaning, painting...etc), or repairs (replacing faucets, lights...etc). Labor #2 Tools: Basic tool set, work gloves, maybe a rake...etc Labor #2 Hours: Morning, evening, day... you choose (in coordination with manager) Labor #2 Strong Communication skills: Ability to say what you don't know and what you know (not winging it). Ability to communicate using common repair or construction terms. =============== Other: - Personal humility to clean up. I pick up cigarette butts, trash, dog poop…etc, so expect the same from workers. - Personal strength to report tenant violations of rules, including smoking inside the properties. Smoking is grounds for tenant eviction. - Personal initiative to identify potential projects, estimate time and take photos to discuss issues. - Minimum of 4x hours working per day required and minimum of 16x hours per week. - I project a minimum of 24-40 hours per week for July and August... up to your availability.
