I have a VERY small back yard littered with small debris that I want tilled under (attention to detail needed), and then sod laid, possibly up to two pallets. I will pay for sod. If you have a tiller, please state that, walk gate only access to yard. Otherwise I will rent a tiller. Please estimate total labor costs only. Additionally will need some edging bricks pulled up to allow tiller to meet patio concrete. Will meet for visual of job and firm written price will be agreed upon at that time.
