Part-time pool cleaner $20 per hour - great for early retirees

Retired early and looking for a part-time job but don't want to work nights and weekends while wearing an orange apron? Want to work outside? Want to work without someone watching your every move? The icing on the cake is you will not have to work on Saturdays or Sundays. You will travel to I-17 and Carefree Highway where you will pick up a company vehicle (I pay gas, insurance and maintenance) and a route list. The pools are close together so you don't spend a lot of time driving around. I only service north Phoenix, and Anthem. No driving to Chandler or Buckeye for you or me. Life is too short. What will you be doing? Watch my YouTube video. This is what you will be doing. Nothing more, nothing less. We are not a "Tab and Go" or a "Splash and Dash" pool service. We brush down the pools every week, not just when we feel like it. Nice thing is you are outside and away from people so Covid-19 is not an issue. We are veteran friendly. This is a great job for someone looking to make some extra income but still wants a good quality of life. During the summer you can start early and be done before it gets really hot. Most of my employees clean 10 to 14 pools a day and are done well before 10 AM. Currently need someone to work two or three days a week. This is not a full time opportunity. I am not looking for temporary/seasonal help, most of my employees have worked for me for years. My current employees like the extra income and the fact that they get paid to stay in shape. They use their additional income to supplement their retirement savings, travel and have fun. Requirements: Due to commercial auto insurance costs, candidates must be over 25 years old. Operate an application on your smart phone (apple or android) which provides route list and logs your work. Have good communications skills, neat appearance and friendly personality. Be disciplined. No cutting corners because no one is not watching. Hard working with attention to detail. Mechanical aptitude (you will be learning the equipment for 20 to 30 different pools). Clean driving record. No tickets three years. No at fault accidents in five years. No DUI in ten years. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in excessive heat during summer but you should be done each day before it gets real hot. Be able to supply verifiable employment references. Sign a non-compete agreement. Pass background check and drug test. Legally able to work in United States. Compensation: Make $20 per hour, plus bonuses. W2 employee. This is not a 1099 position.
