Looking for anyone willing to rescue an injured puppy

Hello, I’m writing today as a last Hail Mary for sweet Mr. Snuggles, he is part of a litter that is going to be rehomed. Mr. Snuggles suffered an accident and his spine was dislocated because of a pregential condition he had. He was a healthy puppy just a week ago. His health has declined and he’s now in critical status. He needs to be rehydrated asap and he will need spinal surgery. I took him to the vet and that was the diagnosis. They said he needs a ct or mri which goes into being around 2 thousand and I can’t do that. I am asking this is a final resort because there are people out there with the resources to Take him to the specialty vet but I am not one of them.I’m not asking for money, just someone with the resources to take him to the Vet and rehome him. He’s been loved his 9 little weeks of life. If no one can take him in I will have to euthanize him this weekend. Thankyou
