I am looking for contractors/workers to do residential remodel work in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. I am looking for reliable, self motivated individuals that are able to drive from job to job around the city, able to work with little supervision after trial period, is able to problem solve typical plumbing/electrical/rental issues. This is a full time position with flexible hours and weekend work if desired. Duties include concrete work, drywall, framing, doors, windows, gutters, plumping, light electrical, light maintenance/troubleshooting appliances/furnaces/hot water heaters, flooring, painting, carpentry/cabinets, fencing, and sometimes light yard work. Must have their own vehicle and basic tools. We are willing to train the right people and are interested in all range of workers. If you are not willing to get dirty, maybe this position is not for you. Pay will be discussed during interview. Full time or part time available. There is no exact set schedule each week.
