NOW HIRING........ We are looking for individuals who can drive our company vehicle and work outdoors. Position Summary: Perform grounds maintenance duties for commercial, industrial and municipality landscapes. This is an entry level job with some experience required. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Knowledgeable in basic landscape duties with commercial landscapes on large client properties which include mowing, edging, trimming, laying sod and mulch, cleaning up debris, digging, blowing leaves, pulling weeds, etc. • Operate equipment associated with landscape maintenance such as zero turn mowers, weed eater, hedge trimmer, blower and hand tools. • Perform loading and unloading of power equipment, tools, materials and debris each day • Spray or spread fertilizer, herbicides or insecticides onto grass, shrubs and trees, using manual or automatic sprayers or spreaders. • Perform other duties as instructed by Crew Chief and Management. • Must always wear proper personal protection gear. • Follow Company’s safety policies, guidelines and handbook. Qualifications: • Proficient in safely operating manual and power tools. • Able to meet and exceed deadlines. • Ability to follow Instructions. • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Available to work as scheduled Monday - Friday • Able to lift 50 lbs. • Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
