Midcon Underground Construction is in need of Foreman, Directional Drill Locators, Fiber Blowing Tech, Operators, and Laborers. We are a Nebraska based company and work in various locations. (Burwell, Ansley, Arcadia, Sargent, Grand Island, Phillips, Ord, Trumbull, Stockholm, & North Platte) Crews are currently working in Burwell, Ord & Phillips, NE. Work days are typically Monday through Friday starting at 7AM and will be around 40-60 hours a week. Work consists of digging, boring, excavating, pulling cable/blowing fiber, plowing, and several other tasks. Compensation ranges based on experience and abilities. No Drivers License - Pay Range: $15-$19 Per Hour Drivers License - Pay Range: $16-$22 Per Hour Commercial Drivers License - Pay Range: $18-$30 Per Hour Benefits: • Paid Weekly • Overtime Pay after 40 Hours Weekly • No Experience Required • Paid on the Job Training • Health/Dental Insurance after 60 days of employment • Vacation after 1 Year of Employment • 401K Plan • Aflac Supplemental Insurance Offered • Weekly Attendance Incentive Pay additional $2/hour based on total hours • Per-Diem based on Job Location ($86/$96 per Day) *Valid Drivers License or CDL is a plus but not required.
