LA Home Solutions, a five star residential construction company in Spring, Texas is seeking an experienced Home Remodeling Showroom Assistant. This next team member is the most important position of the company. We need a person who has a go-getter attitude, can work in a fast-paced environment, and has a flair for interior design with a confident presence to sale. Your day to day: Answering phones, replying to texts and emails regarding inquiries with accurate pricing, scheduling and project information. Entering Lead Requests and emailing Quotes for all service lines using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. Maintaining customer communication to ensure accurate and timely scheduling of projects once Quotes are approved. Working with a wide range of customers from diverse backgrounds, including subcontractors, in-house field team members, and homeowners. Work with suppliers for ordering and showcasing their trending supply of flooring, tiles, countertops, etc. Ordering service materials from suppliers related to home remodels, handyman and upgrade projects. Assisting customers, both by appointment and walk-ins to showcase showroom supply of flooring, tiles, countertops, paint, etc. Handling any difficult situations or complaints timely and accurately with confidence. Continually enhancing sales skills and product knowledge to promote the company. Continuous follow up with the customers to ensure they are taken care of by supplying samples and guidance during their remodel journey. Keep the design center/showroom clean, neat, current, stocked, and safely displayed after each client visit and through out the day. What we are looking for in a candidate: Experience in customer service or retail sales of any kind, where YOU are the main reason your clients keep coming back. Great writing and communication skills are necessary. The ability to be consistently inspirational and create delightful customer and brand experiences. Problem solving, leadership and listening skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal slow down times. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to be reliable to arrive on time to work each day with no transportation issues.
