CONCRETE LABORER/FINISHER SUPPORT Custom Concrete Contracting has earned a reputation for delivering a high-quality product. This is a quick-start career opportunity with good pay. No experience or college degree is required; advancement opportunities are available for those with show passion, skill and motivation. Requirements • Willing to work hard, able to learn and follow instructions. • Completed 10th grade of high school. • Valid driver's license and a good driving record. • Preferred: Basic construction experience. • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent. • Preferred: Ability to operate a manual transmission. Compensation • $20 to $36 per hour, depending on experience, talents and ambition. • Medical and dental insurance coverage for qualified team members (CCC pays 75% of premiums) • Paid holidays (7), implementing an 8th paid holiday in 2023 • Paid sick leave accrual • 401K with company match up to 4% • SmartDollar financial wellness program • Access to optional Aflac insurance • Earn experience points and wage credits through CCC’s Level Up program • Eligible for apprenticeship program after one year of employment Basic functions • Performs tasks involving physical labor at residential, commercial, civil, industrial or agricultural projects. • May operate hand and power tools of all types; air hammers, tampers, cement mixers, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other tools and equipment. • May excavate and prepare sites, dig trenches, set forms or braces, clean up rubble and debris. • Assists concrete finishers in placing concrete. • Cleans and maintains tools, trucks and equipment. • Other duties as assigned.
