PDW Welcomes Back Renowned Suicidologist Dr. Anna Mueller

Parenting for a Different World (PDW) is thrilled to have Dr. Anna Mueller return to the community to share updates on her research and what it means to improve the wellbeing of our youth. She originally shared her work as a suicidologist at the PDW kick-off event in 2018 when she discussed her important report, Adolescents Under Pressure, about the culture of community as it relates to suicide. Dr. Mueller returns with updates on that report, which is currently in book development, and to further address strategies for suicide prevention in schools, families, and communities. PDW fosters communication, programs, and supports to focus on improving the coping and help-seeking skills of our youth and the development of resiliency, critical skills to improve the quality of life and mental health, and reduce suicide.
