Join a dynamic group of ladies at the library curb. Bring your heavy, medium and light weights, an exercise mat and smile. We will warm up, have about 30 min of HIIT then wind down with yoga stretches. Enjoy the early morning sun and get your vitamin D fix before work. Pay at the beginning of the month for the entire month(excluding days for planned vacations/appts, etc). This help motivate you to get out of bed and get moving. If it rains we still meet under the awning.
