Marine mechanic needed urgently

Boat mechanic needed urgently. I own a 1989 Chris-Craft "Amerosport 370" with twin CRUSADER 454 engines. The port engine will not start. It does not crank or rotate. It can be electric or mechanic. It was running perfectly until I shut it down to put gas, then, it would not start. I returned from Bluewater Marina in Hampton where I was filling it up to Willoghby Harbor Marina, where I keep the boat in dock B-15. The Starboard engine starts and is running fairly well.
