Looking for full time and part time associates for a family owned State licensed Electrical Contractor in Spartanburg. Must have transportation, drivers license preferred, see Compensation notes. We work all over the Upstate, home every night. Work Schedule is 7AM to 530 PM depending on the work load. We offer a 10% Attendance Bonus on top of your base pay. Show up, be on time, don't leave early and get paid extra for it! At $14 that will put you at $15.40! We also offer Performance bonuses for being efficient and getting the jobs done fast! If you're motivated to make more than your base pay and put in the work, WE WILL PAY YOU! It's not uncommon to pay an extra $5/hour for every hour on the entire job, and we have paid over $10 an hour extra! 7 paid holidays kick in after 6 months. Health insurance is available Must not be scared of working off ladders or lifts! We will teach you the trade skills so no need to go to a Tech school! We have ex employees we taught the trade who started with us over 20 years ago now make $30/hour so this is a great opportunity to learn the skills for a high paying trade!
