Participants will leave with the skills necessary to begin decoding buildings in cities across the country, analyzing their architectural styles and details for a better understanding of local history. This one-mile walking tour takes place outside. Tours run rain or shine, so wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. Meeting location: Tours depart from the fountain in Hudnut Commons to the south of the Simon Building, 50 S. Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis. All tickets include a locally made snack. Tourgoers may wish to purchase a coffee or other beverage from Café Patachou or Starbucks in the nearby Simon building to enjoy during the tour.
