We are actively seeking the right individual in Building Maintenance to join our team. We own a number of buildings in Downtown Sioux City. Responsibilities: • Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority • Make suites ready between occupancies • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning needs • Maintain grounds • Preventative maintenance • Maintain and keep a clean and organized shop and other work areas • Assist in emergency on call operations with other team members • Other duties as necessary Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Mechanically inclined • Preferred drywall experience including painting and carpentry • Good verbal and written communication • Problem solving skills • Be able to provide great customer service to our tenants • Willing to learn Benefits Available: • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance • Paid Holidays • 2 weeks paid time off after 1 year of employment • 401k with company match For additional information, call Dave.
