I need a room to stay from Aug 1st until June 2023. I am a working professional with a Master's degree and can prove that and of course pass a background check since I have no record, I do not drugs, I do not drink alcohol, and I like to work hard. I actually hate sitting around too much. In exchange for a bedroom in Fremont area I am willing to: 1. Mow the lawn, edge the lawn, take care of the yard. 2. Willing to do once a week shopping for the household. 3. Can fix most things that need attending to in a household. I will adhere to all house rules. I can set up a mini-fridge in my room with a small microwave oven. I will not use the washing machine and dryer. I am willing to housesit as well. No payment required.
