Part time Handyman/Caretaker

Family with a home in Key West, FL looking for Handyman to complete projects around residential property throughout the year. Duties include confirming the oversight of service providers (landscapers, pool etc.), occasional light painting, replacing light fixtures indoors and outdoors; putting furniture together and other various handyman projects including doing weekly walk thru checks on property. Must have general knowledge of plumbing and electrical work. Must be able to work independently. Need someone who is local, flexible and can complete projects in a very timely manner. Approximately 8-10 hours per week. $25-35 per hour depending upon experience.
