DescriptionDiscover the characteristics of a well-made knife; how to care for your equipment; and how to position your hands to chop like a pro. After learning to slice, dice, chop, peel and julienne, our instructors will gather the results of your efforts and create a quick meal. NOTE: you will focus on knife skills in this class and will not be cooking. For ages 13 -17.
