With a focus on commercial large loss, this person will be responsible for the daily execution of project scopes, timeline success, and on-site job management. Duties will primarily include: Responsibilities - Assist Job Crew Chief in the implementation and completion of job scope - Supervise the efficient use of crews to complete assigned tasks - Ensure proper job documentation is completed daily via supervisor reports and other requested documentation required - As requested, fill in as the site Assistant Project Manager - Supervise a team of 8-15 laborers at a time to accomplish demo, cleaning and remediation - Ensure all safety protocol is upheld during project completion to include proper use of PPE Requirements - Ability to travel 50% of the time - Work towards IICRC certification (to be chosen based on team needs) (Passed within first 6 months) - Complete IOT “Being a successful supervisor” training (within first 3 months) - Mandatory attendance for all large loss events (for all office locations) - Cary “go bag” at all times - Willing to travel to various large loss locations Qualifications: -Mandatory 2 years' experience -Valid Drivers License -Able to pass a criminal background check -Able to lift and carry 45 lbs. for at least 100 ft. - IICRC Certification a plus For immediate consideration, please Apply Now to be contacted.
