3 Saturdays - July 9 & 23 – 10:00 am – 3:00 pm CDT ; August 6 – 10:00 am – 1:00 pm CDT
This course presents a method of meditating along with guided meditation practice and the introduction of spiritual principles that provide material for deepening one’s understanding of life. The summer course will be presented “retreat style” with activities, picnic lunch and outdoor walking meditation. Must attend all sessions.
