RELIABLE workers to lay pavers

I need RELIABLE worker(s) to lay a few pavers near my driveway and remove the top layer of lawn on a small strip on the other side and lay pavers there too. This is NOT a huge job by any means but I cant do it in the heat! I also need the backyard done too, so some pavers back there, adjusting the height of a few sprinklers and adding a few drips to the line and planting a few small bushes. This is a slightly bigger job than the front but not a huge job. IF weather permitting and not too hot, possible laying of new sod in small areas may be required. This will include rolling the ground and leveling it right. I PERSONALLY have ALREADY done all the prep work myself and dug up and rototilled the entire yard front n back already. The hard work is done. I just need the laying of pavers and poss sod. IF you can do this and HAVE done this before then please respond. TERMS: I will pay cash AFTER the job is complete. I will NOT pay money before the job is done, nor will I give gas money daily. You are responsible to show up, work and be paid upon completion of the job. DO NOT ask for money before the job is over. If you cant adhere to these normal simple rules then do not apply for this job. I am not cheap, so the faster n harder you get it done, a bonus/tip may be at hand.! Once we agree on a price it is NOT negotiable, however I will probably tip a bonus IF its done fast and done right. I will NOT tip if this gets dragged out. PLEASE bid the days you need accordingly. I am only agreeing to a FLAT RATE but I want it done on the schedule we agreed on as this is a rental and new people are moving in and it needs to be done BEFORE that date! I DO NOT WANT PEOPLE to respond that WILL NOT come to work and finish the job if they accept it. This is a rental and MUST BEDONE in a timely manner!!!!!!
