Full Time Handyman Needed

We are looking for a professional full time handyman to complete the following tasks: Minor plumbing repairs. Minor electrical repairs. Minor remodeling such as new kitchen cabinets and trim work. Minor carpentry. Painting and drywall repairs. Installing doors and windows. Minor roof repairs (shingle/flat roof). You will need to have your own transportation as well as your own tools. Punctuality is a must as well as good communication skills. We are searching for someone who has at least 3+ years experience doing the above items. Starting pay is $22.50 - $25 (based on experience) and after the 90 day probation period we will do a review of your skills / work completed and determine the potential for a possible raise. You will be a self employed contractor responsible for your own taxes. We ask that you provide at least 3 references along with any photos of recent work you have completed. The amount of work varies each week but on average 25 - 40 hours. Weekly pay via check upon satisfactory completion of the jobs. Call or text for more info.
