remove stain and repaint bay windows

I have two bay/store front windows which will have interior storm windows installed. I need the wood around the glass panes (I think called sash and casing) around windows to be stripped of the old stain and repainted white to match the interior storm window. I have attached a picture of one of the windows. We have two bay windows like this on either side of the door. I have already put up painter’s tape on all the glass. I cant meet and interrupt the tenants life to get estimates for such a small job. Instead, I am looking for someone who has done this before and can estimate the job with this photograph because it is easy to see the number of panes and window type. The wood is old and already has some areas that are very worn. Please respond with your estimate to strip and repaint the wood. Let me know how you will strip the details in the sash, how long you think it will take, etc. The windows are in a tenant’s bedroom/ office, so use of chemicals must be kept to a minimum. I need the job done within a month. I want to reiterate that the work to be done is on the interior of the windows.
