In Marielle's signature ''Triple Hamstring Approach", therapists receive Therapeutic and Deep Tissue Bodywork Technique for the Middle, Inner, and Outer Hamstrings; the I.T. Band and Hip Mobilization-through acupressure, reflexology, joint mobilization, and therapeutic massage. Class offers assessment strategies for determining level of lumbar and sacroiliac tightness, with instruction on how to loosen these areas, particularly around the sacroiliac joint area. Tables and stools provided at NC School of Advanced Bodywork -Medical Massage Therapy School (NCSAB) Masks without gaps will be required to be worn while in the classroom space indoors, at all times, until further notice.
