Let your taste buds go on a culinary adventure to Italy, where Chef Vinnie will teach you to make some of the most flavorful Italian dishes. You will begin your evening by making your own grilled Italian flatbreads, then learn how to make white bean and blistered tomato crostini, fresh Pappardelle Luca, and Spumoni Torte.
The cost for this class is $65/per person. If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party, please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs with a private class. No refunds or credits will be given if canceled within 72 hours of the event.

What to Expect:
In this class, Chef will walk you through preparing each item. This is a semi-hands-on class which means the Chef will have some of the meals prepared ahead of time due to time restraints. The remainder of the meal will be prepared in the class with the participation of the attendees if you wish to participate. Two glasses of wine will be served along with tea, lemonade, and water. Please be prepared with your ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class. You will receive 20% off if you wish to do any shopping and will have 30 minutes after the class for shopping (some exclusions apply).
