Connect to your higher self through guided meditation and asanas. This hour long class will begin with a third eye opening meditation followed by yogic body poses that aid in the opening, awakening, and flow of prana through the body. The asanas encouraged will correlate with harmonizing and balancing the third eye as well as strengthening and cleansing the body and mind while evoking the inner potential of each student. Please bring a yoga mat and/or anything you may need to feel comfortable (bolster, blocks, blanket, crystals, etc.).
