Tickets go live July 15th at 10amTeen Yoga Presented by Sweet Tea YogaAges 11-16 onlyThis time in your Tween’s life can be stressful, exciting, and busy. We will work on body awareness, flexibility, strength, and calming techniques along with a fun affirmation activity! This class is a great compliment to your active Tween’s lifestyle and helps promote positive body image!Program is FREE but does require ONE TICKET PER TEEN/TWEEN.   When registering you must have a PINES library card.Any reservation without a valid PINES library card number will be automatically  cancelled. If unable to attend, cancellation must be made by 1pm on 7/29/22 or a fee of $2 for each unused ticket will be charged to registered library card.DO NOT register a friend unless you are sure they will attend, otherwise YOU will be responsible for the no-show fee. Registration is needed only for teen/tween. Parents may attend but do not need to register.Sorry, No younger siblings.One-time registration required in acknowledgment of posted disclaimer: Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Under certain medical conditions, yoga is not recommended and is not safe. By accepting, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my child's good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class.
