Thursday, July 21 Summer Cocktail Class with Westport Café 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. $45 per person, 21 y/o+ Café at 3218 – First Floor Space is Limited. Tickets Required. In this intimate culinary experience with Nicolas Mermet of Westport Café, learn how to create two delicious cocktails; Sunset Daiquiri: a vanilla rum cocktail and The Meadowlark: a fruity vodka-basil drink. Each guest will enjoy sampling cocktails, light noches, and taking home instructions. Westport café, a French bistro and cocktail bar in the heart of Westport, has been making creative seasonal craft cocktails since its opening. Nicolas, co-owner of Westport Café and Sidecar Cocktail Company, has been captivated by the cocktail scene for years and is dedicated to teaching others how to properly execute the art of cocktails for themself and their guests.
