This objective of this class will be to explore a number of the Arizona Association of Realtors addenda that are used most frequently and their impact when included in a residential purchase contract. We will explore the ways to complete the addenda, who initiates each form and the ways to explain them to the client and/or the cooperating agent. SPONSORED BY
