RD3, Inc. is currently seeking an Roving Residential Maintenance Technician to join our Denver team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Responsibilities: Self schedule work orders with tenants that are sent to you from your manager Our firm has over 1000 single family homes and apartments throughout the Denver and surrounding area where you will be completing daily work orders. Complete work in a timely fashion with little to no re-work. Examples would be - light fixture replacement, blinds replacement, toilet repair / replacement, carpentry, drywall repair, painting and anything else that could need to be repaired or replaced in a rental property. Fill out work orders and timesheets on iPhone apps daily upon completion of each work order Submit receipts on an iPhone app same day as purchased. Estimate time and extent of repairs. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Maintain material and supply inventory. Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary. Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance on residential properties completing on demand work orders in a timely manner. Previous experience completing make ready's / turns. Ability to utilize company iPad / iPhone to receive, document and complete work requests. Please note that the facilities department utilizes multiple iPhone apps for timesheets, work orders, receipt submission etc. so have ample experience working on an iPhone app is necessary. Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. Self motivating to get the work done in a timely manner. Ability to handle physical workload. Deadline and detail-oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Drivers license and good driving record.
