We are looking for someone to join our company who can handle various general labor tasks. This would be a split job between being property management handy man and a laborer on a construction team. We are in need of a handy man, and in downtime when there is no handyman work needed, this person would assist on a construction crew. This is all within the same company.
Skills for Property Management:
-Perform general maintenance tasks and light repair, i.e. changing light bulbs, spackle, paint touch-up, resetting HVAC systems, etc…
-Perform various light landscaping tasks
-Identify, document, and report maintenance and repair work.
-Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed
-Perform light janitorial services as needed
-Light debris removal
Skills for Construction:
(not all required- this can be a learning opportunity. Knowing how to use basic hand tools is a must, owning a tape measure and hammer is a must):
-Wood and/ or metal framing
-Drywall hanging
-Drywall Mudding
-Paint
-Punch List Items
