The George F. Young (GFY) team recently added structural engineering to our in-house service offerings – paring with our established service lines to provide complete solutions for our clients in all facets of land development. We’re excited for you to meet our structural engineering team along with our other existing GFY services lines. If you’re familiar with GFY and not our new service line, Jeremy Lunsford, PE leads – our team now specializes in structural design and engineered plans, forensic investigations, renovation of existing structures and construction phase services. We’ve begun working on some notable local projects like Berkley Precatory School and the St. Petersburg Holocaust Museum Expansion Project. GFY has been an employee-owned Florida company for over 103 years becoming a single source for land development in educational, healthcare, institutional, municipal, and residential facilities, along with parks and recreation, property transition, and transportation.
