Neutered male cat free to a good home

6 year old neutered male black cat. Does well with kids 5 years old and up and does kinda well with dogs, he currently lives with dogs and another cat and does well after adjusting to them, he come with litter box and cat tree(if wanted). I’m moving and I’m not able to take him with me. I’m asking a rehoming fee of 30$ to insure he goes to a good home. I just want him to go to a good home that will love him and take care of him.
