A Restoration Technician is able to respond in a timely manner to complete all phases of water damage or mold mitigation jobs from the initial job evaluation and documentation to completion of demolition, remediation, and drying, through to wrap up and clean up. Due to the nature of the work, job sites can be dirty, cold, wet, unsanitary, or any combination thereof. Often this work requires access to tight spaces including attics and crawlspaces. The work is often very challenging, but also fun and rewarding. A good attitude, professionalism, and a desire to help people are keys to success in this job.
