Server/Drink Pourer NMS Events Quick Facts $22/hr NMS Events (Sam Hunt Concert) 3550 Providence Drive Anchorage, AK 99508 Friday (7/15) and Saturday (7/16) 4:30pm - 11:45pm JOB SUMMARY Promptly greets guest and takes their order. Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service. Follows TAPS ID verification and training guidelines. Ability to enter orders into POS (Point of Sale) Micros system. Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars. Prepares drink order, to include wine and beer. Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed. Serves food items to assigned tables in manner it was ordered. Totals up bills and accepts payments, or refers patron to Cashier. Promptly clears and resets guest areas at conclusion of each course or service. Ensures food stations are stocked according to checklists. This position occasionally works Part-Time or On-Call. Breaks down service stations and cleans equipment.
