ABP Electrical is looking to immediately hire Solar Installers and Solar Electricians with skills sets varying from Entry Level to Proficient/Expert. ABP Electrical is located in Tempe, AZ and has been in business for over 20 years. Our teams are experts in installing residential PV systems, battery backup systems, home generators, solar AC’s, load controllers, electrical repairs, and more! The qualified candidate must be 18+ or older, a valid driver license required for some positions. We are looking for resourceful individuals that have a positive attitude and good work ethic. Communicating with customers in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner, answering all questions and concerns to the best of your ability is a must. We are willing to train the right, motivated individual showing determination and interested in long term employment. Additional Requirements: Reliable transportation to and from our Tempe office Willing to travel statewide (vehicle provided) Able to work long periods of time, outdoors, and in various-harsh weather conditions (heat/cold) Willing to learn and think outside the box to get the job completed Willing to work a 40-50hr. Solar Electrician (Pay is negotiable) Installation, repair, and diagnostics of backup battery systems, solar Ac’s, home generators, load controllers, ect. Solar knowledge or solar electrical knowledge is preferred Bending and removing conduit Installing, connecting and pulling electrical wiring NEC Knowledge is preferred Customer friendly Main panel upgrades Main panel relocations Properly stock material in warehouse and on vehicles. Ensure safety protocols are met and provide an excellent customer experience for both internal and external customers. Review project plans and drawings and execute the build. Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety Solar Installer (pay negotiable) Installation, repair, and diagnostics of residential pv systems Bending and removing conduit Installing, connecting and pulling electrical wiring NEC Knowledge is preferred Customer friendly Apply electrical knowledge to ensure efficient and high quality electrical and solar installs. Properly stock material in warehouse and on vehicles. Ensure safety protocols are met and provide an excellent customer experience for both internal and external customers. Review project plans and drawings and execute the build. Work with a crew to complete projects Communicate with management daily about job status Assembly of the solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, install all relative equipment and set up solar monitoring system Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on safety Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues
