Help us Host Outdoor Movie Events with FunFlicks Outdoor Movies Of Washington! Here's a FUN, Part-Time, Seasonal Job! We are looking for 2-3 additional Hosts to add to our team for our Bigscreen Outdoor Movie Events that run now through mid-November. We expect this would probably be up to a total of 6-10 work days per month. Great supplemental income for a few hours a week, a few times a month. Host Outdoor Movie Events at Pools, Schools, Neighborhoods, in Parks and Backyards, even Drive-in Movies in the Fall, with FunFlicks Outdoor Movie Rentals! Earn GREAT pay doing something New, FUN and Exciting! Perfect for a second job -- Great for School Teachers, School Bus Drivers, Delivery Drivers, A/V Professionals, People with good work schedules like fire fighters or hospital workers, Moms, Dad's, College Students, etc. **REQUIRED** You MUST have an automobile (SUV, truck or minivan is preferred) that you can use to load equipment OR pull our event trailer to tow Event Locations** We are looking for people that can work alone or even with a friend/spouse in tandem. You must be organized, responsible, reliable, friendly, and clean cut! Pay is $16-$22 per hour depending on experience and position applying for. (Assistant Host $16-$18 per hour and; Lead Technical Host $20-22 per hour positions)! Also you can earn commission, tips, end of season bonus and mileage and travel time pay for events that qualify. We are seeking well groomed, customer oriented, friendly people that want to have fun, and understands that customer service and a quality product comes first and foremost with our customers. There is labor involved setting up and taking down the equipment, but the remainder of time is literally getting paid to watch movies! Requirements: 1. You must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (50 lb. speakers and popcorn machine, screens on hand trucks etc.) 2. **You must have a valid driver's license, a mid or full size SUV, mini van, truck or similar vehicle with current insurance, in good, presentable condition (after all, you will be arriving at our customer's site in your vehicle, representing Fun Flicks). We specifically need Hosts that have a vehicle that can pull our cargo trailer, so we can assign you larger events using our event trailer at the higher Lead Host pay rate! These hosts will be at the higher pay range ** 3. Be available to work mostly weekend nights and some weekday nights now through the end of September. 4. Excellent customer service skills 5. Clean background 6. Pass possible drug screening if asked You must be professional, friendly, outgoing, time oriented, punctual, self driven, work well with others and able to communicate effectively with our customers. As Lead Host you will be responsible for pick-up and delivery of equipment, the set-up of movie audio/video equipment, movie screen and ensuring smooth opperation. You will be on the job trained on the whole process and procedures in friendly group setting. Assistant Host will help setup events along side of lead host for the larger events. Most events are approx. 5-6 hours at location, plus paid travel time to and from events! Most events start at sunset or later and require 1-2 hours setup prior to movie start time. Typically as early as 5-7pm to be on site at location for setup with the movie start times 8-9:30pm and ending and packed up around 1100pm-12am. It's a FUN job, with FANTASTIC pay for the right energetic, responsible, outgoing, fun person. **Again, an SUV, minivan or truck in nice condition is REQUIRED for the higher pay Lead Positions.** Great for a mature/professional for extra income, college student or high school graduate at least 18 years of age or School Teacher etc. Please send an e-mail to our address below with a resume or job history attached and the make and model of vehicle you drive. Most events will be in the Greater Spokane and surrounding areas, but you should be willing to travel (expenses paid) occasionally up to 150+ miles. If you are willing, we may have you Host Events further away with travel expenses, meal credit and lodging provided for you. We can keep you busy 2-3 nights a week working mostly Friday and Saturday evenings. Those that prove themselves get more work more often! You will get hands on training with seasoned event hosts, until you are ready to work on your own (usual after seeing 2 events). You would then be ready to work our Outdoor Movie Events solo or as lead of a crew. You will get the assignment of the events as they come in and get reserved. We look forward to hearing from you!
