Labor to Help Prepare For Move - Bonus Possible

My wife and I are Christians in our late 70s. We live in an apartment just across the highway from Grandview Hospital. We plan on moving out of state around Aug 1 and need various things done that we just aren't physically able to do. We are looking for someone to do a variety of tasks: We have 2 storage rooms that have to be gone through and sorted. That job includes separating items into 4 stacks - 1) to be moved with us to our new residence, 2) to be moved with us to a new storage location, 3) to be given to relatives in Birmingham (or others) and 4) trash to be taken to the apartment dumpster or just given away. The above is the most labor intensive part of what we need. Once done, the other tasks are relatively easy: 1.wrap and pack and label items in our apartment following our directions. 2. take/walk items to the dumpster (there will be a lot of trips -- we have a fair sized cart). There will be several items given away and you would be welcome to first option on some of them. My expectation is that this is probably 6-10 solid 8 hour days of work. When finished, if all has gone well there might be additional work for 3-4 hours per day, 2 days per week, until we move around Aug 1. This job begins the morning of Tuesday July 5th, work 8 hours for 4 days then 8 hours per day the next week until finished. A bonus (amount to be determined) for successful completion of all needed work.
