I am looking for somebody with experience in cutting, setting and grouting indoor floor tile - beginning tomorrow (Thursday, 6/30). This is $3/sq. foot. Over half of the house tiling is completed (other half still in level concrete form). I am looking preferrable for a two-person team to complete the cutting, floating and grouting of this large format plank tile. I will pay on a percent-completion basis. I have all the equipment (sliding saw, trowel, buckets, mixer, kneepads, etc.). I also have all the tile (plank), mortar, grout ready to go. I also have a wedge leveling system which makes it easier to float the tiles if needed. You HAVE to be able to backbutter and float the tile level, avoiding any lippage and no hollow spots. If you do not have this high level of experience then no use to try.
