Seeking LABORER with desire to learn carpentry/remodeling $200 per day

We are a small remodeling company with a lot of work. I am looking for someone that is willing to labor for $200 per day. The ideal person is strong and healthy with the ability to get to the job site, and interested in learning how to remodel. Types of work to expect: Tearing out drywall Moving material like lumber, shingles, tile, bags of concrete Cleaning We do not expect you to do anything that we do not do, but now we are busy enough to hire you to do the general labor work while we focus on the high skilled jobs. Much of your time will be as a helper (taking measurements, helping with cuts, helping fasten pieces) and we will show you everything you need to know how to remodel. We are 49 and 41 and have fun at work. The radio is on, we are talking about conspiracies, and the job site is 420 friendly. But we work and expect the same out of our new helper. $200 a day for unskilled labor is generous with a purpose, and that purpose it to get a quality person that is reliable, hardworking, and wants to learn all of the construction trades. We do them all except countertops, carpet, frameless glass, HVAC, and stone masonry. The project we are on is in Leander. We are in Leander. If you live in NW Austin, it would be best.
