Description
You love turning chaos into order. You set your own personal records to beat. You’ve never found yourself without something productive to do. You think ahead. You’re counting your steps and experimenting with improvement. You’d rather work with a small team of All-Stars than a big team of average players. You’re humble, accountable, and ambitious, and you find joy in accomplishing great things. You’re loyal, hungry, and honest. You want to work where there’s no limit to how much you can earn. If this sounds like you, read on. Where’s the job description? We’re a small team. From our founder to our newest employees, the job description is the same: Get the job done. There’s no work that’s beneath anyone here. Ok, but what does your company do? What we do every day is solve problems. The hardest problems are the most valuable, and we create a lot of value. Our end result though is helping eCommerce brands get their products into their customers' hands, fast. Ok I get it, but what will I be doing? Working hard, making good money, and having fun doing it : -) We pride ourselves on being a people company, instead of a process company. That means we do great work on behalf of our clients. Also, we treat our people like people, not robots. We need talented leaders who can be the primary contact for our most valuable customers. This will require good communication, quick thinking, delegation, and a great deal of awareness. Order Fulfillment (picking, packing, and shipping) is what we do most of the day, but we're not in the fulfillment business, we're in the exceptions business; when things don't go according to plan, that's when we are able to demonstrate how valuable we are to our clients. This job is front and center on fielding questions, designing solutions, and solving problems. You'll get to see how the business operates -- we run open-book management. Who will I work with? All-Stars. We view recruiting great people as the most important part of our business. We've gotten very good at finding incredible people, putting them in a room together, and letting the magic happen. What kind of person succeeds in this job? - A really good waiter or server. Why? They communicate, anticipate, and can empathize with the needs of their customer. They're good on their feet, they listen, and understand the process. Most of all, they find joy in serving others. - Someone who owns or is interested in starting their own business. If you want to succeed in business, you'll need every one of the skills we teach and refine in this job. - People with volunteer experience. If you appreciate having purpose and feeling fulfilled, this is the place for you. We make a difference in the world, and we have fun doing it. - Those who like to compete, maybe in board games, video games, or athletics. You like to win, and you like playing on a team of others who want to win together. - Failures. If you've failed, you've learned humility. If you've failed, you've taken a risk, and you've tried -- which is more than most can say. Do I need experience? Nope. In fact, less experience is sometimes good -- then you don't have bad habits to break. We don't do things like other companies; that's the reason we've done so well. How do I apply? Take a few minutes to fill out this form and we'll reach out within a few hours to get an interview set up!
