There’s no work that’s beneath anyone here. Ok, but what does your company do? What we do every day is solve problems. The hardest problems are the most valuable, and we create a lot of value. Our end result though is helping eCommerce brands get their products into their customers' hands, fast. Ok I get it, but what will I be doing? Also, we treat our people like people, not robots. We need talented leaders who can be the primary contact for our most valuable customers. This will require good communication, quick thinking, delegation, and a great deal of awareness. Order Fulfillment (picking, packing, and shipping) is what we do most of the day, but we're not in the fulfillment business, we're in the exceptions business; when things don't go according to plan, that's when we are able to demonstrate how valuable we are to our clients. This job is front and center on fielding questions, designing solutions, and solving problems. You'll get to see how the business operates -- we run open-book management. Who will I work with?
